Located on the geological formation known as the Onondaga Escarpment lie the townships of Newstead and Clarence, New York. Here, Complete Landscape Service, Inc. specializes in the use of indigenous limestone for the construction of mortarless stacked walls. In the construction of walls, patios, fire pits, and walkways, other naturally occurring stone materials such as flagstone, sand stone, and glacial tills are used.

The key words are "naturally occurring". Site development and final landscape design are integral to providing the appropriate context to each project undertaken.

Incorporated in 1990, Complete Landscape Service, Inc. is the expression of one of its founders, Neil M Crocker. Perhaps the many years devoted to bicycle touring and tens of thousands of miles over, through, and around the bony skeleton underlying the landscape of North America provide the desire to tell a tale, one of man's relationship to his environment. Part of this is the restoration of stone walls, stories told by others who came before, who settled, and in whose fields we toil today.

It is his hope that these expressions help in providing a connection to the planet and our past, not only for the individual but for the larger community, as well.
